We are looking for a dynamic, friendly and proactive Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all F&B departments optimising the highest standards of product and service whilst maximising profitability

• Oversee the entire food and beverage operation, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage and train the food and beverage team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
• Maintain an inventory of food and beverage supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Work closely with the culinary team to design and update menus, ensuring a variety of options and high-quality offerings.
• Handle customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee financial aspects of the food and beverage department, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage restaurant bookings and inquiries, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.

Food and Beverage Managers will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
