Hourly Rate of £12.27 per hour (Rising in April 2026)

You will join the Award-winning Conference and Events team at Glasgow’s leading events hotel. Our state-of-the-art AV and large ballroom attract high-profile events in Glasgow city centre.

You enjoy taking and delivering food and drinks orders, delivering exceptional levels of customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.

Shifts are subject to availability and work can be seasonal in line with business levels, with late night/unsociable hours and weekend work required for the drinks role.
