ResponsibilitiesAs a Night Duty Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our night-time operation, providing overnight supervision, and health and safety and security of our guests, team members and the building during the night as well as maximising sales opportunities through retail and drink service king alone at night, some of the duties include folding bedsheets & carrying them up 3 flights of stairs, Walking around the building and checking the security of the hostel and dealing with any disturbances, checking in guests, and deep cleaning tasks.
QualificationsGood level of management and leadership skills, experience of night working or as a night duty supervisor including fire and emergency evacuation safety procedures and being a personal licence holder would be advantageous. You will also be physically fit and able to carry items up 90+ steps multiple times per shift.
You will be part of a relatively small close-knit team. It is therefore essential that all members are capable and willing to support and respect each other, maintaining team morale to create a positive environment for both guest and employee experience.
