• Executing store operations through your team, covering opening, closing, and shifts.
• Analyzing data and leveraging observations to inform decisions improving customer and store performance.
• Working with leaders to use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor within budgets and recruit diverse talent.
• Cascading and rolling out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive results.
• Supporting partner growth through coaching, development, and building positive relationships.
• Setting challenging & realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.
