Role Overview
  • Deliver consistent and memorable service to all guests.
  • Connect and work together with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
  • Use a sparkling, upbeat personality to quickly build rapport in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Undergo training provided by the hotel and take a one‑night stay to experience the service first hand.
Responsibilities
  • Set up outlets as required by the hotel, and help clean and tidy areas and equipment used during the work shift.
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Assist the manager and supervisor in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
  • Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Essential to be flexible with working hours.
  • Must already have the right to work in the UK.
