Position Overview

Room Attendant - Report to Head Housekeeper. Supports the housekeeping team in daily operations and ensures rooms meet hotel standards.

• Clean guest rooms to hotel standard
• Replenish linen and guest supplies
• Provide a great guest experience
• Report any maintenance faults and handle lost property
• Ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations, and report any faults to the Head Housekeeper
