An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within Glasgow City HSCP Learning Disability Services for a Band 6 Community Nurse. We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our multidisciplinary team, dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities. The role requires supporting the operational demands of the service, monitoring and responding to clinical governance matters, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and develop staff.

You will manage an appropriate caseload, providing expert assessment, diagnosis, evidence‑based treatment and ongoing management for this specialist group, and offer advice and expert opinion to parents, family members, carers, care providers, local authorities and other health‑care professionals. Relevant post‑registration experience is required.
