Job Summary
To exercise the highest standard of patient care and actively improve the patient experience. To provide a comprehensive and effective high quality Ultrasound service. To perform a range of Ultrasound examinations and maintain a high level of expertise in the safe operation of imaging equipment. To ensure that all Ultrasound referrals are evaluated and prioritised according to Cora Health clinical protocols and clinical information.
To maintain confidentiality at all times. To liaise with the Radiologist or referring Consultant in an effective and professional manner. To work with minimal supervision or under own initiative.
To cover the prison diagnostic services in the North region. To perform range of Ultrasound examinations across multiple prison sites with travel between sites required. To maintain accurate records in line with policies and procedures. To ensure quality assurance procedures are followed. To deliver first class diagnostic services and patient care with excellent communication skills and a flexible proactive approach.
