. This position is based in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff. The role supports the Discharge Team, working closely with social work and acute hospital discharge teams.

The shift pattern is Monday‑Friday 8:30‑4:30 or 9:00‑5:00. The post may close early due to high response volume.

• Support the Administration Manager in the day‑to‑day management of the team.
• Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service for a health‑based social work team.
• Record and prepare draft minutes for Review Meetings, Adults with Incapacity and Adult Support and Protection Case Conferences, and complex Discharge Planning meetings.
• Specify decisions taken and follow‑up actions required.

• HNC in Secretarial Studies / Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Proficient use of software systems.
• Advanced keyboard skills.
