About The Role
Full‑time 33hrs per week. Senior Care Assistant at HC One is central to our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will plan and implement care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You'll know each resident and their families, ensuring truly personalised care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will maintain the highest standards of care and influence the rest of the team.
You will assist Registered Nurses and Care Managers, providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities and administer medication. You will keep accurate records and build strong relationships with the team.
Ideally you have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care and are working towards a Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care or equivalent. You have experience in person‑centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. You bring positive energy, strong communication skills, effective record‑keeping and time‑management.
