An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Musculoskeletal (MSK) Team within NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde
. This ongoing position is available for both part-time and full-time professionals looking to enhance their clinical expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work with a diverse caseload of patients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions, contributing to their recovery, rehabilitation, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities
  • Carry out detailed physiotherapy assessments, developing and implementing individualised treatment plans.
  • Manage and prioritise your own caseload, ensuring effective delivery of high-quality care.
  • Use evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery and functional independence.
  • Liaise with GPs, consultants, and allied health professionals to support integrated service delivery.
  • Contribute to clinical audits and service development initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and students, supporting learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
  • Educate patients in self-management strategies to encourage long-term health outcomes.
  • Adhere strictly to infection prevention and safety protocols.
