Facilities Service Team Leader

Overview

Facilities Service Team Leader – National Enquiry Centre, Hillington, Glasgow. 37.5 Hours – Permanent. Salary up to £30,000 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification). We have an opportunity for a Facilities Service Team Leader to join our team of staff in the Facilities department. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week with a flexible shift pattern.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Work closely and collaboratively with hospitals and service providers
• Ensure that Admin KPIs are met at all times
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on key deliverables
• Support Estates Administration Manager to ensure effective running of the department

• PC literacy skills including the use of software and systems including MS Office and MS Teams
• Previous administration experience, preferably in a lead position
• Maths and English Standard Grades/National 5s/O-Levels
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
