Facilities Service Team Leader
National Enquiry Centre - Hillington, Glasgow
37.5 Hours - Permanent
Salary:
Up to £30,000 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)
We have an opportunity for a Facilities Service Team Leader to join our team of staff in the Facilities department.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Work closely and collaboratively with hospitals and service providers
- Ensure that Admin KPIs are met at all times
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on key deliverables
- Support Estates Administration Manager to ensure effective running of the department
- PC literacy skills including the use of software and systems including MS Office and MS Teams
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a lead position
- Maths and English Standard Grades/National 5s/O-Levels
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
