Team Coordinator – Glasgow

Location: Glasgow

Employment type: Full time, 39 hours per week

Salary: £29,113.04 per annum

We are looking for a Team Coordinator to join our friendly and welcoming team in Glasgow where you will have the opportunity to enhance people's lives. We deliver creative, dynamic and person‑centred services providing a range of individualised support for our service users.

Qualifications and experience:

  • SVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a similar role in Health and Social Care.
  • Applicants must be drivers with access to their own vehicle due to the large locality we cover.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team that provides agreed levels of support to the people who use our services in order to achieve their individual goals.
  • Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the support services that operate 24 hours a day.
  • Arrange hours of work according to the needs of the service with the support of the Service Manager.
  • Uphold our values, policies and procedures and act as a positive role model for the staff.
  • Conduct weekly health and safety checks, financial checks, risk assessments and maintenance checks.
  • Assist with staff management, rota organisation, supervision and appraisals.
  • Support people by assisting with assessments and implementing care procedures that promote independence, welfare and inclusion.
  • Maintain detailed records, report incidents and liaise with external agencies.

An enhanced Adult PVG application will be required for successful applicants.
