• Provide person‑centred care to older adult clients during the night shift.
• Support individuals through their personal support plans to achieve their goals.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate care records and report any changes promptly.
• Assist with medication and health‑related needs as outlined in client plans.

• Can adapt communication style to develop successful and enjoyable relationships with the people we support.
• Committed to working with people through their personal support plans to ensure they achieve their goals and celebrate successes.
• Positive and flexible outlook, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in care not required; we recruit based on values and transferable skills.
