Registered Nurse – HC‑One

About the RoleAt HC‑One we value compassion and dedication. As a Registered Nurse you will work in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills while supporting residents in life‑changing decisions.
Responsibilities- Practice nursing within a nurse‑led care home setting.
- Develop complex decision‑making and collaborative skills.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Provide practice supervision and assessment to students.
- Advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
- Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and take appropriate action, including reporting concerns and escalation when necessary.
- Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of experience in Health or Social Care.
- Valid NMC PIN number.
- Passion to mentor and share knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to professional standards set by the NMC.
