• Practice nursing within a nurse‑led care home setting.
• Develop complex decision‑making and collaborative skills.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Provide practice supervision and assessment to students.
• Advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
• Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and take appropriate action, including reporting concerns and escalation when necessary.

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of experience in Health or Social Care.
• Valid NMC PIN number.
• Passion to mentor and share knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to professional standards set by the NMC.
