As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure clinical care exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements. You provide specialist nursing support, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic care.

We look for a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and the NMC code of practice. You have background in person‑centred care planning, excellent communication, positive energy, and a commitment to kindness, safeguarding, and time management.
