Credit Controller —
Glasgow — £28,500 + bonus

I'm looking for a Credit Controller to join our client's Head Office team in Glasgow. This is a key role, ensuring that all invoicing and related reporting across the Group is accurate and delivered to strict deadlines.

As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of outstanding debt, working closely with major account customers. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you will:

• Proactively collect outstanding payments via telephone and email
• Build strong working relationships with both internal teams and external customers
• Handle customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all credit control processes

• Previous experience in a high-volume finance role
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
