I am working with a leading client in the property management sector to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you'll report directly to the Credit Manager and collaborate with a close-knit group of Credit Controllers, supporting branches across Scotland.

Record NOPLs on the company CRM/billing systemCalculate direct debit reviews and prepare DD increase review lettersHandle and follow up on DD rejectionsManage client payments and direct debitsResolve payment queries efficientlyUse the CPL/RPM system for all client interactionsMaintain accurate notes of all phone callsWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume credit control environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong self-discipline and motivationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in IT, especially MS ExcelHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesThis is a full-time position offering a rewarding career with excellent benefits.
