As Head of Corporate Finance, you will take charge of a high‑performing team, driving deal origination and execution across a diverse portfolio of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buy‑outs, fundraising, and strategic advisory. You will be responsible for shaping the firm’s corporate finance strategy, building strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. This leadership role demands both technical excellence and commercial acumen, with the scope to influence the future direction of the firm’s advisory services.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with significant experience in corporate finance, ideally gained within a professional services or boutique advisory environment. A proven track record of leading transactions from inception to completion is essential, along with strong client-facing skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team. Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering value to clients will set you apart.

Experience in the Scottish market is advantageous but not essential.
