Our client is an ambitious and expanding business seeking a Credit Controller to join them at a pivotal time. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for the full credit control process, managing consumer debt, driving improvements, and ensuring robust financial practices.

Initially a standalone role, this position offers a genuine opportunity to build and lead a team as the company continues its growth journey.

• Manage the end‑to‑end credit control and collections process for B2C customers
• Monitor aged debt and proactively reduce debtor days
• Liaise confidently and professionally with customers to resolve queries and secure payments
• Produce reports for the Financial Controller and senior leadership
• Develop processes and systems to improve efficiency and compliance
• Play a key role in shaping the future credit control function, including helping to recruit and mentor new team members as the business expands

• Proven experience in a credit control or debt collection role, ideally within a B2C business
• A high level of initiative, ownership, and accountability
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
