Corporate Actions Analyst - Contract - £200/day - Glasgow
We're seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Analyst to join a leading financial services firm. You'll manage the end-to-end processing of corporate actions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Process mandatory & voluntary events (dividends, mergers, rights issues).

Distribute notifications, manage elections, and reconcile events.

Liaise with custodians, counter parties, and internal teams.

Monitor & resolve exceptions, contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

2+ years' experience in corporate actions within financial services.

Knowledge of CREST, SWIFT, Euroclear; regulatory awareness (CASS, MiFID II).

Strong attention to detail & organisational skills.
