Finance Manager

HRC Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with our established client based in the Glasgow area. We are currently looking to speak with experienced accountants for an exciting Finance Manager opportunity within a high-performing finance team.

My client operates a hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days home) and offers flexible working hours. On offer is a highly competitive salary of up to £62,000 + bonus, alongside a strong benefits package.

The Role:

• Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements
• Manage and coordinate external audits
• Review and approve month-end reporting
• Deliver financial insights and updates to senior stakeholders
• Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting
• Drive process improvements and standardisation initiatives
• Lead and develop a small, qualified finance team

The Candidate:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS, ACCA) with at least 3 years PQE
• Strong experience in statutory reporting, auditing, and financial compliance
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and external advisers
• Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
