Description

Are you an organised and detail‑driven Accounts professional looking to join a fast‑paced, supportive team? We’re searching for a proactive Purchase Ledger Assistant who thrives in a high‑volume environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring invoices are processed, reconciled, and maintained to the highest standard while building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

If you have excellent attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and enjoy keeping financial processes running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

What will your day look like:
  • Enter and code purchase invoices accurately and appropriately onto Operating System
  • Reconcile invoices received against internal databases
  • Resolving invoice queries with suppliers
  • Reconcile invoices with statements received

    Issue invoices to clients based on services rendered and adherence to internal databases
  • Other ad-hoc tasks when required
Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Ability to plan workload, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Experience of high volume invoice processing
  • Experience of Sage 50 preferred
  • Good working knowledge of Excel essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
