You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, reviewing year‑end accounts, overseeing workflow, and supporting junior members of the team. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate and proactive support. There will also be opportunities to contribute to advisory work and internal improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
You should bring strong experience in accounts preparation within practice, confidence in supervising or mentoring staff, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. A professional qualification such as ACCA or ICAS would be advantageous but is not essential.
