• A starting salary of £27,955, increasing at 6, 12, 24, and 36 months to £36,261

• A top level ability to listen and question, seeking all information to form information into a suitable decision but having the self awareness to identify your own biases and preferences related to decision making

• Able to demonstrate your capability to learn and develop and a proven track record of being customer driven, putting the customer and business before self interest.

• Work as part of a team to process finance applications and ensure the process is efficient and as smooth as possible for our customers
• Through great questioning, listening and conversational skills you will assess the customers affordability along with their stability and intent, to make a lending decision
• You will take ownership and be expected to efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls for our customers, dealers and internal staff members
