• Managing invoices from receipt through to payment, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Supporting regular payment runs, including multi-currency transactions
• Monitoring and responding to accounts payable queries via email
• Reviewing and processing employee expenses and company card claims
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies
• Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve account queries
• Completing routine financial checks and supporting month-end activities
• Producing reports to maintain accurate financial records
• Reconciling ledger balances, including credit card accounts
• Supporting general office duties such as greeting visitors and handling post when required
• Assisting with finance projects and helping improve processes

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive problem-solver who looks for ways to improve processes
• Clear and confident communicator
• Reliable team player who can work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
