Corporate Tax Manager Glasgow

Meraki Talent are supporting a growing professional services firm in Glasgow with the appointment of a Corporate Tax Manager.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, well-established tax team at a firm investing in its people, technology, and future growth. You'll work with a varied corporate client base while playing a key role in managing work, developing people, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the tax function.

The Role

You will manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, oversee compliance and advisory work, and support the leadership team in the development of both people and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing corporate tax compliance for a varied client portfolio
• Acting as a key client contact on technical and commercial matters
• Reviewing work, managing deadlines, and ensuring quality delivery
• Coaching and developing junior team members
• Supporting departmental initiatives, business development, and process improvement
• Managing billing, WIP, and fee recovery

Work includes corporation tax compliance, advisory projects, R&D claims, capital allowances, and transactional support (acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence).

About You

• ATT / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in corporate tax services
• Comfortable managing assignments and client relationships
• Confident reviewing work and supporting team development
• Organised, proactive, and client-focused
