Role Overview :

As the Finance Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the finance department and ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities. You will be joining the organisation at a pivotal moment as they embark on a major ERP system implementation. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

* Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies and objectives.

* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

* Drive the ERP system implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.

* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

* Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience in a finance leadership role, with a strong track record of line management.

* In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

* Experience with ERP system implementations would be advantageous.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
