Fancy a pure tax advisory role? Currently working in corporate tax compliance but want to do advisory? Assistant Corporate Tax Manager looking to step up? Your new role: I'm currently working with a leading tax advisory practice in the UK who are looking to expand in Glasgow.

A well known and growing firm they provide a range of tax advisory services to OMBs and large groups across the UK. You'll be joining a newly created Glasgow office and assist the wider team with a variety of tax advisory matters. Benefits (the interesting stuff!):

As a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager you will get involved in a range of tax advisory including M&A, Mergers, Demergers, Restructuring, Due Diligence, Succession Planning, EMI Scheme, and Share Schemes. Due to the variety of advisory work the above work will be tailored around your experience and skill set

You'll work with a wider team across the UK and support with the development of the Glasgow office through networking and business development activities. What do you need to be successful? ACA / ACCA / ATT / CTA qualified Experience working in corporate tax compliance or advisory Big 4 / Top 10 experience is welcomed (a lot of the team are ex big firm) M&A experience is desirable but not essential Desire to work on corporate tax advisory projects Does this sound interesting?
