Rutherford Cross is pleased to be working with a Glasgow based SME on the appointment of an Interim Finance Administration Manager for an initial 6-month period.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
Financial Administration
- Maintain petty cash records and spreadsheets for office supplies
- Prepare and raise invoices; update and monitor the debtor’s ledger
- Manage Direct Debit/Standing Order maintenance, including updating amounts and performing daily checks on incoming payments; following up with customers on missed payments
- Oversee payment processing and allocation within Net Suite
- Monitor incoming payments via daily bank statements and chase outstanding balances
Banking & Reconciliation
- Download and review daily bank statements
- Import bank data into Net Suite, match payments, and perform reconciliations
Procurement & Supplies
- Manage stationery orders and ensure adequate stock levels
Payroll & Pensions
- Update and maintain pension spreadsheets
- Assist with monthly salary processing and maintain salary records
Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices and upload to Net Suite
Customer Service
- Handle customer queries promptly and escalate where necessary
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Finance Administration or Finance Office Manager position and will be available at short notice.
