Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and design strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasizing long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.

• Manage corporate actions end-to-end, including reconciliation and monitoring of trading activity throughout the event lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate financial, regulatory, market, franchise, and operational risks associated with corporate actions to protect the firm and its clients
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce risk exposure and enhance control frameworks
• Execute corporate action payments and manage exceptions, including accurate handling of Client Money
• Collaborate with and manage stakeholders across impacted business areas to ensure timely and effective delivery

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with external providers, clients, and internal business units
• Proven ability to understand and apply escalation procedures appropriately in a risk-controlled environment
• Proactive team player who promotes knowledge sharing and collaboration while demonstrating high commitment and self-motivation
• Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, question existing processes, and propose practical improvements and solutions
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with the capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume workload environment
