Compliance Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB)

• Plan and execute risk‑based compliance reviews and independent testing across CIB activities in EMEA.
• Challenge فال and assess the effectiveness of 1
  
  LoD control frameworks, ensuring compliance risks are mitigated.
• Produce detailed reports outlining findings and agreed remediation actions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to influence and agree on recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of compliance control frameworks and methodologies.
• Support strategic compliance projects and respond to regulatory and audit queries.
• Mentor and guide junior team members when required.

• Professional qualification and prior experience in compliance control testing within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of compliance principles, UK regulatory framework, and global banking products.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., French) desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant compliance tools.
