Looking to take your first step into finance?

This is your chance to join our busy head office team in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our hotels and helping the finance team deliver exceptional service. It’s a role that offers plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and progress.

Role Responsibilities

As a Finance Assistant
, you’ll manage finance data for several branded hotels across our portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the purchase ledger
    , setting up new vendors, and processing invoices.
  • Completing daily revenue and banking reconciliations
    .
  • Supporting wider finance processes such as month-end reporting
    .

You’ll be based in our Glasgow office, joining a team that values collaboration and balance. We work hard, but we also know how to have fun – from Team Coffee Mornings to monthly kick‑back beers.

Qualifications & Skills

You’ll thrive in a deadline‑driven environment and have a sharp eye for detail.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential, as you’ll work closely with our hotels and stakeholders.
  • Ideally, you’ll have some experience in an accounting function, but full training will be provided.
  • What matters most is confidence in handling high‑volume data, fantastic people skills and a willingness to learn.
