Lusona Consultancy is delighted to partner with a highly respected service sector business to recruit a Management Accountant to join their office in Glasgow City Centre. You will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the business. This position offers broad exposure across the finance function and the wider organisation.

Salary up £50k (DOE)

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
• Handling accruals, prepayments, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Producing insightful financial reports to support strategic decision‑making
• Supporting compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Collaborating with operational teams to understand performance drivers
• Providing analysis on financial trends and performance

• Strong experience preparing and analysing financial statements
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insight
• A proactive approach, strong organisation, and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and competency with accounting systems
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or working towards this (preferred)
