Role

Summary:

As a Paraplanner, you’ll support Advisers by researching, preparing, and producing client suitability reports and recommendations. This role offers hybrid working, professional study support, and close collaboration with a highly experienced support team.

• Research and prepare suitability / recommendation reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy while supporting Advisers.
• Gather client data, produce projections, and carry out investment/pension/tax calculations to support recommendations.
• Liaise with product providers and keep up with technical / regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth case progression and strong client outcomes.
• Contribute to wider paraplanning tasks and assist in managing case priorities.

• Ideally hold or be working towards a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) - though experience and ability are equally valued.
• Demonstrable paraplanning experience (report writing, research, technical analysis).
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and ability to explain technical matters clearly.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
