Electrical Qualifying Supervisor – Compliance Team

bWGM Engineering Ltd, part of the RSK Group, is recruiting an bElectrical Qualifying Supervisor for its bCompliance Team on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role is based in Glasgow with some hybrid flexibility and involves occasional site visits across the region.

• Ensure client assets are worked on and turned out with compliance to current electrical regulations, WIMES specification, and Electrical Safety Rules (ESR).
• Continually improve project communication and performance within the team.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Develop business within the electrical regulatory structure.

• bSVQ Level 3 Electrical.
• bRecognised Electrical Apprenticeship.
• bRecognised Inspection & Testing Qualification.
• b18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• bECS Card.
• bKnowledge and understanding of electrical construction to WIMES Specification.
• bKnowledge of safe systems of work.
• bExcellent mentoring skills.
• bExcellent communication skills.
• bProven experience in an operational supervisory role.
• bValid UK driving licence is essential.

• Up to £46,000 per annum / full time equivalent
