Electrical Qualifying Supervisor – Compliance Team
bWGM Engineering Ltd, part of the RSK Group, is recruiting an bElectrical Qualifying Supervisor for its bCompliance Team on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role is based in Glasgow with some hybrid flexibility and involves occasional site visits across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure client assets are worked on and turned out with compliance to current electrical regulations, WIMES specification, and Electrical Safety Rules (ESR).
- Continually improve project communication and performance within the team.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Develop business within the electrical regulatory structure.
- bSVQ Level 3 Electrical.
- bRecognised Electrical Apprenticeship.
- bRecognised Inspection & Testing Qualification.
- b18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- bECS Card.
- bKnowledge and understanding of electrical construction to WIMES Specification.
- bKnowledge of safe systems of work.
- bExcellent mentoring skills.
- bExcellent communication skills.
- bProven experience in an operational supervisory role.
- bValid UK driving licence is essential.
- Up to £46,000 per annum / full time equivalent
