Surveyorsfor their regional officein Glasgow. Our client is a national engineering surveying business deliveringtopographical, measured building, underground utility, monitoring and site engineering surveys across a network of ten UK offices. Their teams support major construction and infrastructure projects, providing the engineering certainty required to deliver complex schemes safely and efficiently. As aSurveyor, you will work independently and within multi-disciplinary teams deliveringtopographical and measured building surveys across a wide variety of sites and sectors.
The role combines site-based data capture, office-based processing, and supporting the development of junior team members. Key Responsibilities Deliver topographical and measured building surveysof varying size and complexity to a high standard Take the lead onlarge and complex projects, coordinating multiple survey teams Provide clear technical guidance and instructions to team members Process multi-dataset survey information, including topographical and building data Maintain survey instrumentation and equipment to required standards Carry outsite inspections and dynamic risk assessments Ensure delivery meets health, safety, quality and programmerequirements Support the development oftrainee, junior and technician-level surveyors
The Ideal Candidate 3 years experience in land, topographical or measured building surveying Proven ability to deliver topographical surveys independently
Experience with measured building surveys using laser scanners and/or traditional methods Strong data processing and CADskills Professional and confident communicator Strong health & safety awareness Motivated to develop along-term career within a growing surveying business Qualifications & Requirements Minimum5 GCSEs, including
