• Lead major geo-environmental projects from scope to delivery.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing technical team.

• Manage budgets, KPIs, and overall project performance.
• Champion health, safety, compliance, and sustainability.
• Influence long-term strategy and market positioning.

• A degree in Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong consultancy background in contaminated land, investigations, and remediation.
• Proven leadership in team management, technical delivery, and client relationships.
• Solid knowledge of UK environmental and planning regulations.
• A history of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
