The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Glasgow. You will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and commercial performance on a range of civil engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic contractor on challenging and rewarding schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports Measure and value works, including variations Negotiate and manage subcontractor accounts Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions Provide commercial support to project teams Assist with tendering and procurement processes Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of NEC contracts Excellent commercial and financial acumen Ability to work independently and as part of a team Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Benefits:
