A leading provider of innovative laser systems is seeking an experienced NPI Cross-site Engineer to facilitate the transfer of products from design to manufacturing. This role involves collaboration with teams in both Scotland and Germany, focusing on product introduction and technical support during initial production phases. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering or physics and strong problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Travel to Germany is also required.
