As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and commercial performance on large‑scale civil engineering projects. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with contractual obligations.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans

• Administer contracts and manage subcontractor accounts
• Monitor project progress and produce accurate financial reports
• Identify and manage risks, variations, and claims
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Proven experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in aEk fast‑paced environment
