This role based within the Asset Management team, reporting to the Head of Asset Intelligence, will be key to ensuring support, providing technical assurance to the Estates functions on all asset and building services related matters. It will also include detailed reviewing of reports, assessments and recommendations provided by the supply chain, ensuring that the relevant standards and regulations are applied to the Estate.

You will have the lead accountability for ensuring definition of processes and standards related to building services (mechanical and electrical). This is delivered by supporting Estates colleagues on technical, engineering and building services matters on the key asset risks such as Fire, Water, Asbestos, Gas, Electricity, Lifts and Ventilation systems.
