A very reputable engineering and sustainability organisation with multiple offices throughout the UK. They are currently engaged in a number of projects ranging in size across Data Centres, Education, Residential, Retail, Healthcare and more. Highly technical and well experienced senior management with clear plans outlined for staff development and progression. Trusting and flexible working environment. Currently seeking a MEP Revit / Senior Technician to join their team.

• Creating and maintaining 3D models of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems using Revit software
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate representation of MEP systems in the building design.
• Assisting in the coordination and clash detection of MEP systems with other trades.
• Generating detailed drawings, diagrams and documentation for construction and installation purposes.
• Staying up to date with the latest advancements in Revit software and MEP design practices.

• Knowledge and experience working with Revit software in a MEP environment.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, including industry codes, standards and best practices.
• Previous experience with a consultancy or similar business.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.

• 25 days annual leave + public holidays
• 9 day fortnight (every 2nd Friday/Monday off)
