Roledescription
We’re looking for an experienced EHS Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. The successful candidate will be based 100% in country.
Role accountabilities- Provide direction and support for implementation of the EHS & Security Plan
- Verify that the project/site-specific EHS procedures protect personnel and the general public.
- Hold line management accountable for EHS Management System implementation and performance.
- Encourage the proactive involvement of all personnel in executing the EHS program.
- Oversee EHS performance on the project/site.
- Review incident records and verify that all follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure incidents where personal injuries occur are thoroughly and appropriately investigated and ensure closure of subsequent action items.
- Participate in audits and weekly planned inspections of the site and ensure closure of subsequent action items.
- Continuously monitor Arcadis and contractor EHS performance indicators and project/site inspection reports.
- Conduct performance evaluations to include personal EHS involvement and performance.

- Extensive experience in a EHS Manager role on major construction projects
- Experience working on data centre/technology project experience preferred but not essential
- Experience working in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments
