£40,000 to £45,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 35 hour week + 27 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Health + much much more…

Are you an Environmental Advisor/Consultant/Ecologist or similar with a background in bats/badgers or similar looking for a challenging and diverse role with one of the world's largest UK Defence and Engineering Companies.

On offer, is the exciting opportunity for an Environmental Advisor/Consultant/Ecologist to join on of the UK's largest, global defence and engineering powerhouses. The Role:
  • Provide specialist advice on sustainability and environmental legislative and contractual compliance for the project.
  • Manage the project's Environmental Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Environmental Risk Profile and Aspects and Impact register.
  • Develop within the environmental management platform a project specific Environment and Sustainability Threats and Opportunities profile.
  • Implementing and continuous improvement of the compliance management system to the ISO 14001 standard for the site.
  • More responsibilities as required.
  • Training, development, and progression opportunities.
  • 35 hour a week.
The Person :
  • Local to Glasgow or willing/already relocating to the area.
  • Happy to work occasional nights/weekend which the time will be given back in the week.
  • Travel to relevant sites as/when required. (travel is covered)
