We are a multi-disciplinary engineering team working at the Approving Authority, supporting nuclear facilities and delivering services across client sites near Helensburgh.

• Manage Infrastructure Design Substantiation documents.
• Handle design changes and concessions.
• Present design substantiations to safety committees.
• Develop EIMT schedule, procedures, and results.
• Produce periodic review of safety reports.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct independent technical review.
• Apply engineering knowledge to nuclear/high‑risk environments.
• Justify civil/structural design modifications.
• Review reports and safety submissions.
• Check and review calculations and technical documents.

• Experience in design assessment of electrical installations in HV or LV environment.
• Theoretical and practical skills across concept, detailed design, and construction stages for electrical engineering projects.
• Experience assessing electrical plant and equipment for hazards.
• Authoring technical justifications for electrical design modifications in high‑hazard industries.
• Experience in multi‑discipline projects providing electrical engineering input.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with safety case development techniques such as HAZID and HAZOP studies.
• Worked in the UK nuclear industry (energy or defense), especially in safety‑related structures, systems and components.

• Hybrid role with visits to client site near Helensburgh.
• Security clearance SC, UK National.
• BEng in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent experience.
