A welcoming, vibrant, and child-focused primary school in Midsomer Norton is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support and promote Teaching learning in Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage
2. This role offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain hands-on experience and develop an understanding of the National Curriculum.

• As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside dedicated and experienced teachers to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that enables students to reach their full potential.

• In your role as a Teaching Assistant, you will inspire, support, and nurture students, assist in delivering creative and structured lessons, and play a key part in shaping their educational journey.

• This position is ideal for a recent graduate considering a career in education or an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a new challenge.
• While prior experience working with children is desirable, it is not essential. Relevant experience may include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, nursery assistance, childcare, or similar roles in an educational setting.
• Experience in supporting children with ASD, behavioural challenges, or learning difficulties would be highly beneficial.
