This is a full-time, hybrid based role in Glasgow for a Student Support Advisor. The Student Support Advisor will assist students throughout their learning journey by providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes communicating effectively with learners, offering technical support when needed, and maintaining clear, professional interactions to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
- Experience in Customer Support and a track record of achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technical Support skills to assist students with online learning platforms
- Ability to manage and resolve issues empathetically and efficiently
- Organisational and problem-solving skills are a plus
- Previous experience in the education or training sector is advantageous
