This is a full time / fixed term opportunity for 2 years.
We are seeking to appoint a new Lecturer in Operations and Supply Chain Management within the Department of Management, located within Glasgow School for Business and Society. Applicants hold a relevant doctoral qualification, ideally in the Operations and Supply Chain Management subject area. Applicants are able to demonstrate significant recent experience of both research, as well as teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, within the UK education context.
Track record of Publications, Income generation and Industry experience will be considered an advantage.
- Contribute to the delivery and assessment of existing modules, supervision, and the enhancement of the student experience across the range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes such as our BA (Hons) Business Management, MSc International Operations & Supply Chain Management, and MSc International Business Management.
- Support student learning, teaching and assessment in the UK higher education sector.
- Contribute to ensuring curricula are current and compliant with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
- Relevant doctoral qualification, ideally in the Operations and Supply Chain Management subject area.
- Significant recent experience of research and teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, within the UK education context.
- Track record of publications, income generation and industry experience considered an advantage.
- Higher education teaching qualification and/or Fellow status with Advance
HE desirable.
£48,822 to £56,535 per annum
